  MEIN's UTTERLY UNBEARING nature is a mark on the uniform, that's for certain! Colleagues pulling him up right in front of the public.. Seen it 1st hand! GENUINELY cannot fulfill his Duty & in my small opinion I've a question: WHAT MAKES THIS PERSON QUALIFIED !? CONSISTENTLY been witnessed to UNPROVOKINGLY SCREACHING !! This behaviour's neither average nor normal whatsoever & IS 100% QUESTIONABLE @ BEST !!
